there are lots of manufactureors making aluminum framed pistoles
and nearly everyone offers "blued" as well as stainless or cerakoted...

If'n yer tight on the green stuff, you can usually pick up used blue guns cheapish. I used to go through the classified ads at leatherworker.net and grab a couple used, for about the price of one new.
