Well I do'd it ,, didn't like my worn ejector ,, sooooooo,, made " 2 " new ones for my Rossi , 44-40 , they are only about $50.oo ea. ( out of stock )new , " some fitting required ",, mine only cost me about $500.00 ea. in hours ?????? YMMV .
Why do it ,, cause I " wanted to " ( besides I like to have spare parts , on  hand ) Before I made # 2 ,, I made a jig to hold that little sucker ,, made it a whole lot easier to handle and rough cut w/ my Dremel ,, and didn't take nearly as long to make . While I was at it I replaced my Extractor w/ a new one for 44-40 cases ( the original  was for 45LC ) ( again spare parts ). Didn't get in no hurry,, just file & fit ,, have coffee ,file & fit  have coffee,, have more coffee ( lol ) and they both work !!!. " IT"S not about the MONEY " , it's about one's self .

coffee's ready ,, Hootmix
