Uberti Cattleman and Uberti Outlaw questions...

I see that both of these are available in .45 Colt caliber and you can also get .45 ACP cylinders for each. I also see that e-gunparts.com has the .45 ACP cylinder available for the Cattleman.

Question #1--Can the .45 ACP cylinders be used in a Cattleman or Outlaw in .45 Colt?
Questoin #2--If the answer to #1 is "Yes," is there a source online for .45 ACP cylinders for the Outlaw?
