Odd sight question

I have this sight. The lines on the staff are marked on the half inch and quarter inch. EG m1,2,3 and 4 ar .5 inch apart. The lines count 10 lines to the half inch. Does this still make each mark 5 moa on a 34 inch sight radius? I really do not want to buy a new sight but this one is stumping me.
