Attention to Orders -Div. of Iowa

After many years of faithful service, (Bvt.) Major Dutch Henry-Tom Snow, Chief of Staff-Div. of Iowa, has asked to be relieved of duties. With the consent of (Bvt,) Gen. Pitspitr this request has been granted with the following proviso. Tom will be placed on the retired list with the permanent rank of Lt. Col. (Ret.). He will henceforth act as advisor and friend of the command. Effective on this date Whiskey Double-Ken Haines as accepted the position of Chief of Staff with the brevet rank of Major.
