Armisport feeding problem guru?

Hello:

For those of you that have had Armisport Spencer feeding problems that were not cleared by Chiappa's warranty facility......

Reading about such issues here seems to indicate that at one time "Hill Country Rifles" might have been such a place.
Not sure, though.

Is there a PERSON that you found that solved/corrected the problem, please? Thanks.
