Seeking volunteers for color guard for the NCOWS convention on 3/24.

I'll bring my brown pants and blue shirt again.

I'll work with the convention and visitors bureau to get the 3 TV stations and 2 newspapers
to cover this and get it on that afternoon and evening. This worked well last year to bring
in the public walk ins
