Proper name for this type of latch?

Hey all.   In the middle of tearing down an old Dr. Bag.   Hardware is in great shape, bag cracked with holes.   I have the frame stripped out and I see that they actually still sell frames.   I really like these latches that came on the bag and cannot find them, but I am pretty sure I have no idea what to properly call them to do a proper search.  My google-fu is failing me.  Help?
