Is the name of the forum (Longbranch) named after the Saloon in Ennis MT?
I used to own a ranch there about 10 years ago.

Actually, they did!  

The actors for Gunsmoke lived in Ennis and filmed in Virginia City which is about 20 miles away back in the 1960's.
The Longbranch is a saloon in Ennis. I am too young to remember many of the Gunsmokes series but their photos are all over the wall in the Ennis Longbranch. Apparently they were frequent visitors after a day's shooting of film.
