I'm volunteering at an old west museum giving tours one day a week, and they had this antique rocking horse another volunteer was restoring.  I volunteered to make a saddle for it.  Here are pictures of how it came out.

Thanks Johnny, I had fun doing it.  I just found a picture that seemed right and did my best copy that.

Thanks Folks for the compliments.  It was something really different to do.  Sue, another volunteer at the museum, restored the wood horse which was missing a foot.  She did a great job, I had the easy part to do.
