Let me know if I need to bring a Cavalry 1875 or USV 1898 uniform to help out.  I have limited space to bring things, so I need to know in advance if I still need to bring a military uniform.

Tom, I would like to be diverse in branch of service. I myself, cpl infantry, veteran guard. So I would suggest USV.

Will meet near the registration desk at 1:00PM. I will be one of the flanking guards with a rifle. Need one more flanker with gun or saber. For now, those will be the only assigned, so no one else brings anything not needed. The flag bearers will be determined by rank.

I have a Confederate Cav Captains unjform. I do have a saber. I also have a black leather flag carrier/holder.

I just talked to Jessica at the quad cities convention and visitors bureau, she is sending out another press
release today encouraging the 4 TV stations to come and film the opening ceremony and the old west
show and sale. Hopefully they will air it Friday night to bring in more public Saturday when most things
are going on. I also did a radio interview with the local public radio station. So look sharp boys!!!
