I acquired this 1861 Richards 1st variation from Cimmaron 15-20 years ago. It was made by Armi San Marco. It has a 7 1/2" barrel.
I have never seen this gun since then. Is it no longer made because of no shooters interest or something else ?

Armi San Marco had a lot of quaity problems and went out of business.  Their conversions were imported by Cimarron, Navy Arms, Traditions, and EMF I believe.  No parts are available.

If you are looking for a mate the Cabellas in Glendale, Az has one in the Gunn Library.  If I remember correctly it is $399.00.  As Abliene noted, they are pretty to look at but many didn't shoot worth a crap if they shot at all.

Broomhandle, if you are interested in selling the gun, let me know and send some pictures, as I collect them.
Thanks
