A bit of unobtainium arrived in my mailbox today. A while back, I bought a Kropatchek that turned out to have a broken cartridge lifter spring. Just messing around online last week, searched "Kropatchek" on Ebay.....as usual, no spring. Then I tried the common miss-spelling "KropatSchek" and there it was! A brand new listing! Woo-hoo! Soon I'll have a repeater Kropatchek! Now I'll have to get busy re-forming some more of the small stash of .348 cases I bought for it.

Some of my best finds have been misspellings on ebay and Gunbroker.
Civilize them with a Krag . . .

Mine too.
No kidding!  A friend of mine bought a "Marlin" guitar for $200.00 as advertised in the local newspaper.  It turned out to be a  beautiful late '40's small bodied Martin guitar.
