In case you haven't seen it yet, click over to THE LONGBRANCH topic and then click on the thread titled 'Persona' by Oregonjohn, a 'Newbie' as this reader understands from his post. His question is what we have all been plagued with a time or ten and well worth reading as NCOWS gets some really good and extremely positive referals and comments on this interesting concept. It behooves all of us to pass on another 'MANY THANKS!' to the Marshall & Marshallete for all their efforts in helping our org keep a positive presence out there in Cyberspace!
