Steel Horse Bailey

I have an Iver Johnson 38 S&W which I shoot as a pocket pistol.  It was made in 1883.  No one at our club says anything.  I've often considered using it as a main match pistol.  I'd have to load one on the clock, (it's a 5 shot)  but it would be fun.  I don't believe it was made for anything but smokey-less rounds, but I load up some BP rounds just to be nice to the old gal.  The only smokey-less rounds I have for it are the the ones I bought with the pistol and have only shot a few to get the cases.  Since then, my best pal found out I had the pistol and gave me 100+ cases, (he's had 5 or 6 S&W 38s and a few others over the last 35 years and has loads of ammo amd empty brass) so I'm set with nearly 200;  enough for even a SASS match!
