Got a Colt 1862 pocket police the other day. F series looks totally unfired. with box & papers. Any idea on the realistic value?

A LGS has a pair for Sale, $699.00 @, new in the boxes, unfired. $1200.00 for the pair.

2013 BP price guide says 100% condition with box & papers:  Pocket Navy $600; Pocket Police $650.
