Bought new in 1949 and belonged to Dad. Are these legal to use for CAS?

While not legal according to SASS Action Shooting and NCOWS rules; clubs have the leeway to allow them for local matches; and, they are legal for SASS Wild Bunch matches.  Check with your local CAS club for sure.
