Age has caught up with me and I am quitting making rigs . Selling most of my collection . Only work I will do is a few sheaths  for Wade and I told him he will have to start doing his own. Its been fun. Every one has been so NICE to me. Thank all of you so much .KT :)

Camano Ridge

KT, sorry to hear that. However I hope this does not mean you are going to go away completely. I hope you will stick around to make comments on our projects and to offer advice. We will look forward to seeing any sheaths you do make. Also if you talk Wade into doing his own sheaths get him signed on here so we can see what he comes up with and would like to continue to see his knives posted.

Stay as well as you can. We will be looking forward to hearing from you from time to time.

Slowhand Bob

Kid, sorry to hear this but I pretty much ran into the same situation a few years back.  The mind and the body just got beyond allowing me any pleasure working with leather and then some serious organ problems added to the toll so I had to stop with the chemicals.  Though I am doing some better, the doctor doesnt think I should be absorbing any more chemicals, whether absorbed OR poured in!! Sad thing is I did not get a chance to make all of the rigs I wanted before it happened.  The up side is that when I get off my duff and EBay some of the remaining leather work tooling that I have piled up, I should be able to buy pretty much any rigs I might reasonably want.  But Lordy, I sure miss them good ole beer parties.  ;D

Dalton Masterson

Sorry to hear that, KT. I enjoy seeing your rigs and sheaths, and will miss them!

I know where you are coming from
my health issues keep me from doing a lot of things I used to like to do
and has kept me away from my leatherwork for several months now
the only thing to do sometimes is keep a positive atitude that some day
I will be able to get back to doing what I love.
Stay positive Kid!
