I don't recall ever seeing one in person in the day , I had seen this ad on Utube a while back.

I do recall the derringer belt buckle and I had one, they show up on ebay from time to time.
They use Greene sitck'm' caps, I suppose as this hat trick does.

A interesting aside while surfing the old ads , I saw several with a young Kurt Russell as the main hombre'.

The 50's was the golden era , Spitt'n' Image , Shoot'n' Six , Fanner 50's a whole cabin hobby is wrapped around collecting these

Now you're lucky if you find , Chinese pot metal or plastic stylized stuff with required orange muzzle plugs. And God help you if you are kid and take it any were near a School !

Yep, they keep tellin me that I'm too old to have fun.  Seems to me "they" are too young and politically correct to have fun.  As for me, I'll remain old, grouchy and politically incorrect.
