They only made a few Texicans.  However, rarity alone is not enough command a high price.  There also has to be DEMAND.  How many STI collectors do you know?  He'll never get anywhere near the asking price.  Asking and getting aren't the same.

It's been for sale for a while and I don't see it going anywhere soon. Plus it has a turn line and the grips are horribly shaped. Not even sure it's real ivory, looks more like antler.
