Johnson County Rangers NEW Home Range

Beginning in the spring of 2014 the Johnson County Rangers will be moving to a new home range near Boston, KY. We will be using the facilities of a muzzle Loader Club known as the Bucksnort Long Hunters. This is an excellent facility with a large 50 yard main range and a 250+ yard long range. The main range has a covered shelter and there is an authentic log cabin for meetings or to hang out. There is plenty of room for parking and camping.

We will continue to shoot on the 3rd Saturday of the month with some exceptions. Our current schedule is as follows:

April 19, 2014 - Johnson County Rangers Regular Match

May 17, 2013 - Special Match at Gabes Property. Details Later.

June 11-14, 2014 - NCOWS National - Evansville, IN

July 19, 2014 - Johnson County Rangers Regular Match

August 16, 2014 - Johnson County Rangers Regular Match

September 12-13, 2014 - Eastern Regional - Hooten Old Town - McKee, KY

October 18, 2014 - Johnson County Rangers Regular Match

We are planning to add some long range matches and are trying to determine if they should follow our main matches on the same day or be held on the Sunday following our Saturday main match.

The Bucksnort Longhunters muzzle loader club holds their matches on the 2nd Sunday of the month.
