Pietta -- 'new' vs 'old'...

I've been working on my 20yr ('94 date code) Pietta 60 Army, chasing away some of the issues lately around arbor/barrel fit.
The excessive difference between arbor bore depth and arbor length has been fixed, as well I've brought the barrel's frame lug forward .005" to get an acceptable cylinder gap without springing the barrel up on the arbor (striving for parallel cylinder gap)

If this eventually yields good and consistent wedge fit, cylinder gap, and ultimately accuracy with the 200gr conical I may go ahead and purchase a Kirst conversion kit and run cartridges.
I have also been looking to get an additional percussion cylinder.

I've read here that Pietta has 'upgraded' their facility to modern CNC production.
Will the newer replacement cylinders fit and run in my older revolver?
Will there be issues running a right-now production Kirst kit on my revolver?

Thanks in advance
