Rough hammer cam on Uberti SAA

When polishing the surface of a rough hammer cam do I need to harden it with Kasenite? I used a dremel lightly and just polished out the machining marks where the bolt leg was dragging on it. It's like a mirror now.

After you eliminate the rough spots and polish up the bolt leg, just keep it lubed.

That's new.  Never had a double tap on this board before.  Strange
