Contacting Papa Dave

I am trying to contact Papa Dave to get Baikal cocking levers.

I have sent two e-mails over the last few days but have not had a reply.

Does anyone know him personally, is he OK. Does he only check his e-mails occasionally.

As I am in the UK I don't want to bother him on the telephone.
