Just picked up a nice USFA at LGS. Has box (unmarked) , papers, etc. It is a 7 1/2 in. .45 Colt,  CCH/ hi gloss blue. The blue looks like that on the Cowboy model. Anybody remember which blue that is?  What I found unusual is that it has a blackpowder frame but a crescent ejector rod rather than the bullseye. I thought the BP frame always came with the bullseye ejector.

The blue on the Cowboy was the same blue as on the standard single action - Dome Blue.  The bullseye ejector was standard on the BP frame unless the dealer or customer ordered the cresent.

Gary, I was hoping you might chime in. You are an invaluable resource and your participation here is much appreciated. I really didn't need to add to the current inventory of USFA's but the thing was so darn purty and priced considerably below what we're seeing on the net these days . Thanks again .
