New El Patron

I recently picked up an El Patron in 45 colt is it possiable to get a 45 acp cylinder for t. I know that the cylinders are matched to the gun when the come from the factor but I would like the 45 acp cylinder as well. thanks in advance.

Well ..... A little bit yes and maybe ..... sorta.  I don't remember if the El Patron was made with the separate base pin bushing.  Either way, you should be able to order a cylinder from VTI Gunparts in 45 ACP and fit it up or have it fit up. 
The ACP cylinder makes up a dandy .45 with either ACP cases or the Cowboy 45 Special case.   I've n shot mine both ways and with the reduced case capacity either reduced smokeless or BP are a treat.
