Lil Rooster
I just typed in his name and that came up . I don't know a thing about him , but someone has a beef with him .

No problem, I was curious.. heck I have beefs with a lot of people. Including one or two here. Again I had a pleasureable experiance with CC. That's not to say some have not.

Ms Cammie's guy has a great reputation also, don't be afraid to look him up.

What happened to the guns Century was importing ? They imported a few , haven't heard anything lately . Must be on the slow boat from China ?

Has anyone purchased a new 1887 shotgun lately ? Did Century ever get there shotgun problem fixed ?

I was thinking about this Norinco "White Label" with reduced LOP.

Can you still find the 28 inch barrels ? That's what I want . Who was the maker of your 1887 ? What's the chance of ordering a barrel from them .

Pettifogger

Norinco quit making them several years ago.  There were very few long barrels made and there are no parts for them.  I have seen longer barrels made by splicing a piece of barrel onto the stock 20" barrel.  The guy who did it did such a good job you can't see any evidence of the splice on the inside or outside of the barrel.

We still have them up here in Canada.
I'm not sure how easy it would be to ship to the US.
I don't have a TTN 1878 shotgun as none seem to be getting imported up here.

Have you got a website address to look at?  Norinco quit MAKING them over three years ago.  A distributor might still have some, but there ain't no more comin from China.

That's what I NEED a 28 inch barrel . How would I go about buying a shotgun from Canada ??? Why does our Northern neighbors have long barreled 87's and we don't . This is a MUST for the Vintage Hunters .
