Want to cure my own ham

I have some wild pig that my daughter shot a few months ago.  I was thinking I wold like to make a sweet ham out of one of the back legs.  I have no access to Prague #2 but I have plenty of Mortons tender quick any one have a good blend of spices and know the correct ratio of sugar and tender quick to cure a whole boneless ham?
