Hi,

I sent my money via credit card ... and waited to recieve my book.

Instead I got an email from a Ms. Terri Biggs that book had not been paid for so was not sent ...So I will call her tomorrow AM (they were closed by the time I got home).

Since it was their mistake, do you think that they would upgrade the shipping so that it would arrive on time ?

Hey, I can dream ....

The saga continues .... the email that I got was from a Ms. Terri Biggs who promised help if I would just contact her.

I called her six times this morning ... four times she was indisposed' so I left a message each time ... twice her line was busy!

I finally gave up and emailed her, saying I would be home at  3PM  from volunteering and would she please call me then ...

3 PM and no call:

At 3:10 I tried calling her and her line was busy!

So I ordered another book and to H--l with her customer service (or lack of any)...
