Lee wadcutter???

Didn`t quite know WHERE ta ask this soooo I plumbed fer `Gunsmithing`

Do any pards use the Lee .357 semi wadcutter in their lever gunz?

I ask because I popped a magtech round and it looks awfully like a SW to me!!

Not for the most part.  Toggle Link rifles don't digest SWC bullets well at all.  There are, of course, exceptions, but the vast majority will "choke" on SWC.
Some Marlins will run SWC just fine, some won't, and the new Remmington manufacture Marlins don't digest anything.
Same thing applies to Winchester '92s and the reproductions.  A few may run on SWC, but not many.
So, after 15+ years of building and servicing competition rifles, my council is not t waist your time with SWC bullets.  Much better results with RNFP or TC bullets.

Thanks for the answer pard, my rationale behind it was that `A` the bullet definitely LOOKS like a SWC and secondly, my old 1911 used to love semi wads!! the #92 setup is not unlike the 1911, with the feed ramp etc. The # 92 is very fussy about what it likes!!
