Replacement tin buttons

Gentlemen, does anyone have insight into obtaining said buttons?  I recently acquired a pair of sky blue cavalry trousers that are missing a few buttons.  Thanks

Walmart has tin batchelor buttons the ones I found were faded black with a bare metal star.  Actually glorified rivets.
