Prefer 38-40 but will consider 44-40 and 45LC

Uberti only makes the Henry in 44-40 and 45LC (and they made a handful in 44 Spcl about ten years ago).  I suppose you could sleeve one to 38-40.  Or get a '66

Guess I'll need to settle for 44-40 or 45LC
