Howdy Pony,

How about a before and after photo of that ugly ammo?  I think too much brass gets thrown away because us Cowboys just don't see the shine below the crud.

I don't throw much of anything away, especially just because it doesn't shine! With .38s, even if they get a neck split, I'll trim it to .38 lc, or sc length, if the split doesn't go down too far. Don't have any of the newfangled media(yet)so some of my stuff just ends up kind of a smooth, semi-shiney brown color. Have quite a bit of 45-70 brass like that.
