I'm working on my book and had the chance to use "sutler" and the stupid thing don't recognize it.   Google Chrome does though.  I just thought it was funny.   ;D

Del,

Funny and a little sad to my way of thinking.  Just another example of how history is forgotten by "modern" society.

I just found out it don't like ibrik either either and neither does the chrome people.  In all fairness it is a Turkish word, but even here on Great Plains I know of at least two places in town to buy one.

Can you buy Chai Tea on the Plains?  Chai being turkish for tea rather makes "Chai Tea" a repetative redundancy!

I've heard that, I need to read up on how to, but if it was as smart as it thinks it is the dang thing would have known what a sutler is and would know when you use dutch oven in the middle of a sentence you don't need to cap dutch.

Hey, a new game show, Are You Smarter than Microsoft Word. ;D ::)

Well I'm going back in and see what happens, I may have to figure out how to teach it words, I'm tired of getting red marks I don't deserve, I get enough of them I do. ;D

Too late. I'm already pretty sure you did a long time ago, but as long as you keep my belly full of good stuff at musters I promise not to whack you upside the head. Besides I was once told tht this is America and people have a right to be crazy here if they want.

Yeah but at least I don't have to explain things to you, one of the kids at work the other day came up and said he finally figured out why I called Rob, the IT guy at work Cuzzin It. ::)

Gotta friend in Brady we've called Cuzzin It since high school. Couple years ago my daughter asked why so he pulled his beard up over his face & put his hat back on. She still didn't get it but everyone over 40 at the bar laughed out loud.

Pitspitr

Glen Yesterday I was talking to a couple of folks who were guests at the muster last summer and they said there's a lawer in Broken Bow who could be your twin. Said he looks like you, his expressions were like yours and his voice sounds like you....I said I felt sorry for him ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
BTW they said to tell you thanks. Will never liked meatloaf (the dish not the rock singer) until you showed Leeah how to make it.
