Just wanted to let you know that I finally got around to lubing up the Dastardly boolit for the Rooger Old Army (cannot remember the correct name sorry)

WOW  I think I really like that boolit. As soon as I can get my ROA's to function reliably I am gonna shoot up those samples and probably order one of yer molds.

Thanks For the samples and what seems to be another great boolit for BP (the only powder.that other one is a passing fad LOL )

Got back from Fandango.  Had a great time.  When I got back there were LOTS of hunny do jobs waiting.  I'm finally getting cought up.  Now, I've got to send a balky rifle to Nate Jones.

The DD/ROA is an unqualified success.  That design flys well, wins matches and doesn't foul out even after hundreds of shots.  Bad Gene Poole has won a good number of Frontiersman state matches using it.  These are Genes' words.  "Texas State Champion Frontiersman, New Mexico State Champion Frontiersman, Utah Black Powder State Champion Frontiersman, Utah Wars State Champion Frontiersman, Second Place High Plains Regional Frontiersman, and first place in a handful of annual matches in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah, for this year. "

The DD/ROA is flying all over the globe including the UK, NZ and Austrailia, as well as Canada, Mexico and of course, the USA.  I honestly expect that it will become my all time most popular mold.

Mason will be selling them for those of you that don't want to cast.  I've been sending out samples and a number of high profile shooters have tried them.  Names won't be mentioned, but watch for more DD/ROA bullets being shot by winning shooters.

Ruger does a great job of making a fine C&B pistol that is extremely reliable and very precisely built.  It was a pleasure designing a bullet for a gun where manufacturing tolerances are held to such high standards.
