I'm trying to decide on what style of holster for my new revolvers.
I know I can do a slim jim style as I have done in the past... but I'm wanting something special... different.
I was thinking of something like a Hardin style with the bullet loops running down the front, or maybe a loop style.
The one thing I see with a lot of loop style holsters that I don't like is the bunched up look that the back flap gets.
Any reccomendations?

As it happens I came across that a few days ago. I emailed them and asked it a left and right pair could be made and they said yes; but they are out on the road until Nov. 1st.
Ultimately, I want to hook the holsters up with a tapered end belt with either 6 or 8 double 12Ga cups across the center of the back of the belt. For CAS I wear the belt buckle to the back, shells in the front. If there is a stage with a reload on the clock, I have the .45 shells on the holsters.

GunClick Rick... with a little bit of re-design the cap gun holster has some potential

How about a "Duke" style holster. The skirt is about 3/4 length, and doesn't show because of the seperate, rivited loop. Tandy/Leather Factory has a pattern set called "ElDorado".
Just to be different, you could change the loop to have cartridge loops on it.
