I'm looking to get a Patton-style 'Garrison' belt in red brown/russet for use WB style shooting.

Here's the kicker - I want to use my Seaforth Highlander regimental buckle and the slots where the leather slides through are 2-1/4" wide for the web belt worn with the buckle.

The buckle needs to be removeable for polishing of the brass; I mean "... Whatever would the Queen think ..." if I wore tarnished brass?

My waist is 36" (bare skin) but my winter waist is known to expand to 38". 'Sides, there's gotta be room for a holster and mag pouches.

What's it gonna cost me to have one made?

I have an original "OLIVER" pattern belt, with the snake buckle, which would be accurate if WB had been set in Canada.  Rattlesnake Jack made one, and knows where to find the hardware.

Otherwise;  Wadd's suggestion of using Chicago screws is a good one.  El Paso Saddlery shows the garrison belt in their catalogue, and you could adapt from there

Thank you, gentlemen!

The El Paso Saddlery '1911 Military Belt' is not wide enough, but they offer a 'Black Powder Belt' that is. That means they could make up a 1911 pattern belt no problem.

This is a belt that I would also wear with my kilt instead of the generic, non-regimental belt I currently wear. One must honour the regimental history whenever possible ..... ;>)

I wore the buckle of the Signal Corps (featuring Mercury - Messenger of the Gods) for 10 years as a Regular, but I have fond memories of serving with the Seaforths as a reservist for a few years, as did several other ex-Regulars of my acquaintance.
