I just received my cooler cowboy shirt from J. Hornaday.  I would recommend it during these seemingly endless hot summer months.  This thing is lightweight and looks good with many color options.

Looks inviting after viewing the website. Do their sizes run true, ie ifin' I wear a large in most shirts, will their large fit? Have a 46 chest size.

Yes, sir.  Pretty accurate.  I wear a 48-50 suit/XXL shirt and I ordered the XXL cowboy shirt and it fits right.  You probably would get the XL to be safe.
