To let this ride for a couple days? Id like to talk about Ned Buckshot..

I bought this old camp knife (like a swiss army) from a friend that has an antique shop,it had wood scales but was missing one side.
I figured i could fix it up as i had some thin wood in the garage, the longer i thought about it,i thought ya know i don't have all the right tools to do this right. I thought about it a little more and thought Hey i wonder if Ned Buckshot could do something with it.I wrote and asked him and he said well send it to me and i'll see what i can do.I did about a week or so ago.
i didn't care if it matched or not, just wante to cover the other side...This is what i sent

It was rusted some, dirty and dull, had glue on it and such. He asked if i wanted him to clean it up,i said yea just holler when your finished and tell me how much i owe ya,plus shipping it back,(i meant to put money in the box and forgot)

So anyway i get this box from Greg today and inside was the prettiest little camp knife ya ever saw,i mean he polished it all up,sharpened everything that could be sharpened, two brand spankin new ROSEWOOD scales and looks like it was bought new!

Now ole Ned-A-Roo Buckshot makes some of the finest gun leather a revolver ever sat in,i've got some and i would'nt part with it for the world!! I want Ned to know how much i apreciate and respect this man,ya see there was a note in the box also that said consider this an early B-day present~About that time my heart was feelling really warm! WEll i can't let that go,so i'm gonna do something real nice for Greg Doring. That knife came out really nice and ill be keeping that in my little survival kit.

I've said it before, but i'm gonna repeat it right here and now,i don't do leather work but you guys let me hang out and be a PIA and i have alot of respect for you all and that you let me have a chance to look, learn, and sometimes get a piece of somethin, through trade and such and be a part of what you do.

I just wanna say ~God Bless Ned Buckshot~ if any body ever needs a good little boot knife or something repaired very professionally give ole Ned a holler...Thank you Greg, thanks you very much, another little treasure to add to my goods,it's just perfect!!!!!! :) :) :) :) I'm grinnin from ear to ear ;D ;D ;D :)

Now, that there is one nice piece of work! Good job, Ned!
The first step of becoming a good shooter is knowing which end the bullet comes out of and being on the other end.
