Just a word about great customer service

Wad Watson told me about a website called October Country,i was looking for a possibles bag,i found one one as a starter bag that i can add beading and such to.I ordered the bag and checked it later but clicked in store by mistake,went back and di a reorder and thought no more about it.I got a call yesterday from a gal named Sandy asking if i had ordered a bag from them,yes i did,then she asked if i wanted two of them,i said no but i did do a reorder,she replied that it came up as two orders and she would correct it and wait for the money order.I thanked her very kindly for calling me.I thoght that was pretty cool that they called.

I think you will really enjoy having a relationship with John and Sandy. I bought my kit through the Possible Shop ... by all good business practices they should have had nothing to do with me.

But they had made the kit for the Possibles Shop and stood by their product ... rare in these days, and even rarer when their product had been sold by another shop.

Again, John was always the gentleman ... sent me extra thread; even sold me extra leather when I wanted to add a knife sheath and tool pocket to his design ... asked me to send pics of the results .... which I did ...

I am thinking of making a larger one of his bags this winter ... anyone want to buy a finished Bridger Bag around Christmastime?
