Boys, we have a new member.

Gabriel Law has been a muzzle loading shooter and gun builder his whole shooting life.  Hawken rifles are his specialty but he also shoots a 1874 Sharps business rifle.

It looks like he's found his element here so please give him a big welcome.

Thanks for the nice welcome lads.  It amazes and delights me that this CAS group is so diversified...there seems to be a place for all of us - several places actually.
Building muzzle loading rifles has been a passion of mine since I was 14.  That's 51 years ago - YIKES!!   Currently, I'm building a pistol grip Hawken rifle for a friend in Alaska.  Anyone interested in a picture of two of the build?  It is nearing completion.
