Uberti 1866 Butt Stock swap

I am looking to swap my curved-end rifle butt stock for the carbine version for the same rifle.

Mine is in great shape, it's just that, at 6'2" and 220 lbs, the curve is a little small....

I hear ya. I had a 73 saddle ring with the shotgun butt stock on it. I swapped it with the crescent butt stock on my 73 rifle and it sure did make the long rifle shoulder more comfortable. Sad to say I sold the saddle ring. Since you brought it up I think I'll start looking for a shotgun but stock for the 73 rifle. Comfort is a good thing. Good idea.....
