Saddle Bag Patterns

Welcome to the forum. These pards have good ideas. I know a lot are using Will's patterns very happily. There may be more and I'm sure someone will post a link for you. Looking forward to your posts.

hello i cam across this site and see its copy years old I am looking for patterns of saddle bags or even any leather patterns of stuff used during civil war. but saddle bag would be nice. thanks

I saw this and an email this morning .....

In Jan. of  2011 , I had Barn fire, a total loss 
All of my patterns, my tools, leather ( including two of the Sides that Johnny McCrae genorously sent me
[ see the photo of that Pebble Grain he made his bags from ] ) went up .....

I have not replaced very much.... kinda took the wind out of the sails
