Howdy Major,
You did a good job of spelling everything out for this shoot. I sure wish i could be there. My son is a pilot and just moved back to St. Petersburg. We are going to visit him sometime in March or April. My Bride and I are thinking of possibly buying a Condo near him. It would be great to live close to an NCOWS Posse.

You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself

PLEASE DO IT !   We'd be honored to have you   :D

Major 2

Great weather, middle 80's , Breezy

14 shooters, 9 Members of Cracker Cow Cavalry, and 5 guest SASS members ( 3 of which said they would like to join NCOWS )

Targets were a bit out there, and challenging  though some stages were shot clean by some , the match was not.

Cherokee Bill & his wonderful wife Linda (also an CCC NCOWS member tho she did not shoot ) prepaired a fine lunch
of Sloppy Joe's and pot of Bake Beans ....we ate after the final stage.... a once again ( like chille at the first event ) BOTH
Crock Pots were swabed clean !

The SASS folks love the calm and laid back approch, after lunch we sat around about another 2 hours just conversing and generally
enjoying the afternoon...

Coarse we had to clear the stages of Targets and many hands & a range supplied Kaw. Mule & sm. trailer made that short work.

Many thanks to Cutter Karl and his bride, they ran Registration and scoring,  and to Capt. John , Dakota Ike , Trooper Brown ( down from Lake City ) and Cherokee Bill who all help set the stages.

NCOWS is alive and very well in the wilds of Florida..... ;D

NEXT Shoot..... well we are looking at some time in April ! .... and all said they would be THERE !
