Hi,

I apologize for the delay ... I got a new computer with Windows 7 on it and just learned how to load photos onto my 'puter ....

and since I am single without any kids .... Christmas is not what I had thought it would be ... but the upside is; no tie gifts .... and since I buy the gifts, I get what I want ... *S*

My moniker is my great grandfather's name. He served with the 2nd Florida Mounted Regiment in the Civil War. Afterward, he came home, packed his wife into a wagon, and was one of the first NorteAmericanos on the Frio River southwest of San Antonio ..... Kinda where present day Dilley is ...

Nice Christmas tree . . .  :) . . . and nice gifts under it too . . .  :)

How about pictures and information on the "gifts" that you were nice enought to give yourself ?    ;)

ps.  I do the same thing for myself at Christmast time.  Order stuff and make myself wait until Christmas Morning to open the packages.   :)
Beware the man with one gun, he probably knows how to use it.

Wolfgang,

Nothin' much to speak about ... I had paid for it by Christmas ... but there was a Pedersoli repro Remington Rolling Block (that I still haven' shot),  Pietta '58 Remington, a Pietta Star revolver, a couple of lanterns for camping with .... and some ammo ....

Gun Click Rick,

That seems to be my theme song ... but I try not to dwell on it ... just keep myself too busy with church and volunteering to brood about it ...

I promised the brothers that these rowels would never see a horse ...*S*

Curley,

I have the first train I ever owned, a Maarklin steam locomotive and a Diesel-electric .... but the transformer blew up, and the cost of a new transformer is four or five times what the whole set cost in 1959 ...
