Bear hide

Well i sanded and washed the horns,next i will wet sand the put a nice clear coat on them,but the leather i'm afraid
is pretty well gone.I'm thinkin just cover it in another type of hide like bear,buffalo,or whatever.Anybody got a piece of bear hair layin around about 18x18????? :) :) :) Or buffler? I will buy it from ya.. :)

Notice that the old girls head never rises above her chest level, bet she really suffers from years of carrying that load.   At least now we know where Joshua found his Jericho horn!

Nice lookin horns Rick! Another way to bring them back after wet sanding is to put them to a buffer with brown tripoli compond. The color will really come out and they'll shine like glass.

Good idea,i make note of that,i wish the leather was better and i did dye some of it,but just too crusty,figure i will cover it with something,even some material with native american print or whatever.
