I was a kid in about 1956. A guy said to be the last surviving Soldier of the War died in Houston. He had fought for the South. Anyway one of the TV Stations broadcast some of the service and we watched it. I just remember the Rebel Flag and the open casket. I doubt that the footage is still available or someone would have put it on the Net.
Yes, I do have more facial hair now.

Appreciate the video, people have forgotten the hardship these men went thru.  As to forgive and forget, in my family we never did. I would never stain the memory of my families ancestors who fought by doing so. The US Gov't [UNION FORCES] will always be considered the enemy, they killed way to many of us to forgive and forget.
