Is there any information on a Spencer Carbine 1860 serial number 48333

Im a member of SSS

Hi,

Closest serial # to the one you posted indicates your Spencer Carbine MAY HAVE been issued to Company F, 19th New York Volunteer Cavalry sometime in early 1865.  Best information I can suggest.
