Well I through I sent my order to Midway USA, but appearently I did not check out all the way. So now I can ask the question who make a nice set of sights for the 92. I would like a ladder style rear sight and a gold/brass bead front.  Whats the height of the front sight it looks to be .50 in. 3/8 dovetail and the with I can mic. Now should i get a 1/16 or 3/32 bead.

I looked at Speed Beads, Williams, and Marble's. I see no diferrance in then other then the price.

Now the ladder sight I just cann't seem to find anywhere. So any help would be great.

I'd also suggest you check with "Longhunter Shooting Supply" for your front sight and perhaps your rear sight.  You'll want to look into the "Grabber" front sight.  I don't know if he has a ladder rear sight.
You can get a ladder rear sight from Brownells and you can get a ladder from VTI Gunparts.  If you go with VTI, You'll want to ask for a ladder sight for a Carbine or Henry which are compatible with a standard 3/8 dovetail with a little fitting.
I don't know if Nate Kiowa Jones (Stevesgunz) offers a ladder rear sight but the sight Brownells carries is from Smiths and is a mite expensive.

If you go the Smith ladder sight, you might want to think about doing my elevation modification. There is an article about it on my web site.

I don't offer this service, but just thought you might be interested.

Uberti 1873 carbines come with a ladder sight (shorter ladder than the Henry).  A lot of shooters change that out for other types, so I should think finding a used one for a good price would be fairly easy.  But keep in mind that the ladder sights from the '60 and '73 are not adjustable for elevation (other than flipping up and using the ladder, but that is for longer distance) so for shorter distances like typical CAS targets you are stuck with one elevation.
