If I hadn't found a Rolling Block 2 weeks ago , we'd be talking. I traded for one in .43 Spanish and after gathering bits and pieces needed to load some rounds, took it out this weekend. Nothing comprehensive, just shooting at a stump, but all rounds went bang and nothing blew up. I think it's fascinating to shoot a gun made 130 years ago and still have it function as intended. I wonder how many of the black guns built today will still be around in 2140....
These guns are fun to shoot and are priced right.
